Four stages, no handoffs in the middle
It runs whether or not anyone is watching. You see the output and approve what you want to approve; the loop keeps closing either way.
- 01
Define
You give us the product and the audience. We write the personas, their voices, and the rules they never break.
- Persona spec sheet
- Voice and vocabulary
- Hard constraints
- 02
Generate
The system produces inventory in batches, weighted toward hooks that already work in your category.
- Script, shoot, edit
- On-brand by construction
- Reviewed before it ships
- 03
Deploy
Warmed accounts post on a human cadence, engage in their niche and reply in character.
- One environment per account
- Isolated network paths
- Timezone-accurate cadence
- 04
Learn
Every signal returns the same night. What performs gets cloned into the next batch. What does not gets pulled.
- Watch-through and hold
- Comment sentiment
- Per-account health
What we actually operate
Six surfaces, one system. Production, personas, orchestration and analysis stay in the same loop, so nothing is lost to a handoff between vendors.
- Persona construction
- A synthetic creator needs consistency more than talent. Lock age, region, voice, vocabulary and taboos once, and the character holds however long the account runs.
- Batch production
- Distribution is solved by deployment; inventory is solved by volume. Scripts, cuts and audio are produced in batches rather than one clip at a time.
- Account isolation
- One account, one environment, one network path. Warming, posting windows and idle behaviour are orchestrated per account so nothing reads as automation.
- Performance grading
- Every post is an experiment. Watch-through, hold rate and comment sentiment feed back the same night, and the next batch is weighted by what held.
- Pipelines
- Chain models, set triggers, automate replies. A trending sound becomes on-brand variations before the trend peaks, without anyone opening an editor.
- Variant spawning
- Winners get cloned, not repeated. A proven clip spawns variants with different hooks, formats and lengths, each distinct enough to avoid suppression.

- 02We audit your category and pull the accounts already winning in it.
- 03You get a fleet scope and a number, usually within a day of the call.
We never contact your accounts without approval.

We operate the distribution layer. You keep the product and the positioning; we stand up creator personas, produce the content, run the accounts across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Reddit and X, and handle the engagement that keeps them ranking. Creation and posting sit in one system, so a hook that performs is already spawning variants while it is still working.
Four stages, all instrumented. Define a persona and the rules it never breaks. Generate inventory in batches, weighted toward hooks that already work in your category. Deploy across the account fleet on a human posting cadence. Then feed watch-through, hold rate and comment sentiment back in, so the next batch is trained on your accounts rather than a generic benchmark.
API posting caps reach, and platforms rank API-origin content differently. An account that only ever touches the API has no consumption history, no idle time and no session noise — it reads as a publisher rather than a person. We run accounts the way people use them, which is slower and far less brittle.
Warming is the product. New accounts scroll, watch, like, follow and lurk before they post anything, on a schedule modelled on ordinary usage in the persona's timezone. Every account gets its own environment, network path and behavioural fingerprint. We report fleet health per account and pull anything showing suppression signals before it costs you reach.
You do. Accounts are provisioned under your brand, exported on request, and portable the day you leave. Every asset we produce is yours with full commercial rights. No lock-in on the creative, none on the audience.
Pricing is custom. We run this as a single managed engagement — a strategist plus an in-house creative team operating the whole fleet — and scope it against fleet size and depth of work. Book a call and we will put a number on it.
