What this covers
These terms apply to the public website at attentionlabs.tech and to any managed engagement you later contract with Attention Labs. The operator console is a separate surface and may be gated. A signed engagement letter, if we issue one, controls over this page.
The service
We operate creator distribution as a managed engagement: personas, production, posting cadence and in-niche engagement, scoped in writing. The website is not a self-serve product and does not itself post to any platform.
You keep the product and the positioning. You review and approve what ships. We do not promise a specific volume, rank, or revenue outcome on this page.
Accounts and content
Accounts provisioned for you are yours. On request we export what we hold so you can take them with you. Creative we produce for you is yours for commercial use, unless a later contract says otherwise.
Platforms
TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Reddit, X and any other network have their own terms. You remain responsible for the brand that appears there. We will stop work that we believe violates those terms or the law. We do not sell immunity from enforcement.
